Yesterday’s Meeting

Yesterday morning Justin and Jorge attended a meeting with Councilman Dicicco, Councilman Kenney, Deputy Mayor Rina Cutler, the Philadelphia Bike Coalition and reps from various city agencies on behalf of the PBMA. Check out the Bike Coalitions blog for a description of the meeting.

Be ready for discussions on bike registration, equal enforcement and debating what a “brakeless” bike is amongst other things. Please direct all questions and concerns regarding the safety of cyclists in Philadelphia to these councilmen as this conversation has just gotten started.
